Your order is shipped via BOX NOW within Cyprus only, i.e., within the areas controlled by the
Republic of Cyprus and the British Bases of Dhekelia and Akrotiri. BOX NOW provides more than 100 Locker points across Cyprus, available 24/7.
Shipping is charged at €4, including VAT, but delivery is free for orders over €70 or for in-store
pickup.
From 2025, to 2025, orders shipped via BOX NOW will be charged €1, including
VAT.
Orders can only be paid online during the checkout process.
Estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days within Cyprus, excluding peak periods.
Collection Process from BOX NOW Lockers.
BOX NOW handles the transport and delivery of your order through automated lockers that you
choose during checkout. Once we complete your order, you will receive notifications via SMS
and/or email with delivery details.
Each message includes:
- Delivery information,
- Delivery times,
- The locker you selected,
- Navigation instructions (via Google Maps link),
- A unique code (6-8 digits), which you will enter on the locker’s keypad to open the compartment containing your order.
After this time, your order will be transferred to BOX NOW’s facilities, where you can collect it within 5 working days. After that, the order will be returned, and additional fees may apply for collection from us.
Tracking Your Order
You can log in to the BOX NOW website from your mobile or computer to track your order’s delivery to the selected locker.
Product Availability
Product availability is updated regularly on our online store, but some items may unexpectedly run out of stock. Displaying a product on our site does not guarantee its availability at the time of your order.
If an item is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible, and your order may be canceled or modified after consultation with you. Adding an item to your cart does not secure its availability, as the purchase is only completed after the order completion.
Order processing takes 1-2 working days if the products are available. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Product Features/Specifications
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and features are as accurate as possible. However, slight differences in color, size, weight, or other characteristics may occur due to screen differences, photographic representations, or production batches. The buyer accepts that such discrepancies do not constitute a defect or a reason for returns, exchanges, or compensation. All products are checked for defects before shipment. All information, descriptions, specifications, and products on this website may be modified or updated without notice.
Prices & Payments
Currency and VAT: All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) according to Cyprus law.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are calculated automatically during checkout. The exact shipping cost is displayed separately before confirming the purchase.
Right to Change Prices: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. However, changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Payment Methods: Payments are supported via STRIPE, CART, VISA, etc. We do not support cash on delivery.
Order Completion: To complete the purchase, full payment of the order amount, including shipping costs, is required.
Automatic Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout stage and displayed separately before confirming payment.
