withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

1.2 Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The return must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• Returns of underwear, swimwear, and earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or

the wrong item was shipped by our company.

2. Payment Provider Fees

The payment provider’s fee (Stripe) is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the

customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly by our company.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the approval or

rejection of your refund request. If approved:

• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• The refund process may take up to 14 business days from the approval date.

• The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the

customer’s bank and is usually 5-10 business days.

3.2 Refund for Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs

and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

4. Delays and Lost Packages

Our company is not responsible for delays in delivery or lost packages caused by

shipping companies or other external factors beyond our control.
